Mohammad Golam Rahman (born July 18, 1963)  is an Bangladeshi Admin and HR Consultant, educator, entrepreneur, and former Manager Administration/HR of Biman Bangladesh Airlines Ltd. He started his career as Banker and later he switched to Biman Bangladesh Airlines Ltd., the only national airlines in Bangladesh simultenously he build his career pro marketer. Early Life and Education

Mohammad Golam Rahman was born on July 18 1963, in Shariatpur, Bangladesh. He lost his father at the age of 2 and a half years. He has completed his graduation from Jagannath University. Later he completed his Post Graduate Diploma in ICT for Development from National Academy of Planning and Development (NAPD), Dhaka. 


After completing High Secondary Certificate, Golam Rahman couldn't continue his education and started his job as a Bank.

Career

Golam Rahman spent the initial years of his career working in the Bangladesh Krishi Bank (Agricultural Bank of Bangladesh).[7] [8] 


After gaining substantial knowledge and learnings he then joined in Biman Bangladesh Airlines Ltd. [9] [10]


In January 2019, Deflorio led the foundation of Onyx Trading, an education only program that teaches the everyday person how to trade. Deflorio combined all of his learnings and created an online educational program to educate them about technical analysis, risk management and trading psychology. The program has developed into a global education company with  over 1400 students, spanning over 10 countries. [11] [12] [13] [14]
