James Mountbatten-Windsor
From WikiAlpha
James Mountbatten-Windsor is Queen Elizabeth's youngest grandchild.[1] His father, Prince Edward, is the youngest of the Queen's three sons.
My London noted that he is only three years older than Savannah Phillips, the Queen's oldest great-grandchild.[1] They noted that, while James had been a working Royal, for years, joining his parents for important symbolic ceremonial appearances, Savannah remained outside those responsibilities, and was known mainly for being a mischievious influence on her younger cousins.
