Temitope Adebiyi known professionally as Africano or Themanafricano is an American Based Filmmaker and Cinematographer. He is widely known for his unique style of telling tragic stories. Born in Ondo state, Nigeria but presently resides in WashingtonDC.

Early life and education

While growing up, he enjoyed fictional stories told by his mum and from there, he developed a passion for telling stories. While in Nigeria, he attended Saint Raphael’s kiddies school and then Saint Joseph’s college Ondo, before moving to Adeyemi Demonstration secondary school where he finally finished his High school where he finished with good grades to fetch him admission in Obafemi Awolowo University to study Dramatic Arts. There, his passion to tell stories through visuals was reignited, prompting him to major in Cinematography, Radio, Tv and Films Production. He acted as an extra in the popular Mnet Tv series Tinsels as an undergraduate.

Film career

He produced his first film Boluwatife in 2015 and has afterwards gone ahead to produced couple of others like Saved by the Dead, Down from heaven, and also Directed the Photography of couple of Hollywood projects like Stained Glass, The Discovery
