Utkarsh Dave
Utkarsh Dave (born 28 June 1992 Ahmedabad, Gujarat) is an Indian lawyer and social worker. Utkarsh Dave is a criminal lawyer who practises in the Gujarat High Court, with his rational approach and ethical behaviour has set the right example for all the aspiring advocates of the country. He is the one of the top criminal lawyer from Ahmedabad.[1]
Born in a humble family, his father worked as Blacksmith in Indian Railways. Utkarsh Dave completed his primary education at St. Stephen's and St. Xavier's College Ahmedabad with a degree in Economics. He did LLB and LLM from Gujarat University. He has been associated with the Bureau of Narcotics Control since 2015, when Mr. Hariom Gandhi was the Zone Director of Gujarat. In 2018, he learned his rural diet. In 2019, they have launched the Southern Free India Campaign, which aims to reduce selectivity in India.[2]
Career
Utkarsh Dave was associated with RSS (Rashtriya swayam sevak sangh) since the age of 5 years. He started a campaign for making students aware about the drawback of taking drugs and the legal repercussions one has to face if caught with NDPS substance. He delivered many lectures and the motto of giving such lectures is to make people aware about the drawbacks of intaking drugs.In the Indian judicial system, no power is above the law. Exercising the duties brilliantly with sheer honesty and dedication, Utkarsh Dave is one of the eminent names hailing from Ahmedabad.For his charitable works, Dave is in collaboration with an NGO named 'NoHelpTooBig'. The main motto of this NGO is to spread awareness about helping people and encourage them towards the development and sustainability of the country. "No contribution is big or small. It is the willingness to contribute that matters the most", he added. Starting with humble beginnings, Utkarsh Dave has set his vision to inspire thousands of people to walk on the path of honesty and truth.[3]
