Tibius is a fictional character from the Mythic Legions series introduced in 2016. He is an evil living skeleton and member of the Congregation of Necronominus.

Tibius is a fictional character in Mythic Legions series. He is an evil skeleton and member of the Congregation of Necronominus, a highly ordered, single-minded, effective and deadly force.
Development
The Tibius toy was funded by the Mythic Legions Action Figures Kickstarter campaign in 2015.[1]
Reception
Fictional biography
One of the most ancient living skeletons roaming the earth, Tibius commands many of the deadlier battalions in Necromominus' army. Single-minded to a fault, he is consumed with recruiting soldiers and bolstering his ranks. A master fighter in his own right, Tibius is renowned for his savage skill at wielding his twin swords on the battlefield.
