In the biography for ThunderShred is says he was recovered and converted into his current form by the powerful Skycrow. The same happened to Backfiery according to his biography.

The biography for Stormbomb is a diary entry by Skycrow.

In Revolver's biography it says one on one Revolver is said to have no equal. It is whispered amongst the Betas that even the fabled Skycrow would not face him in close quarters.
