Youssry Henien is the Chairman of the Windsor Family Office, a single-family office owned and operated by its principal. He is a financial services executive with more than 40 years of experience within the private banking and wealth management markets.[1][2]

Education

He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the American University of Beirut in 1971.[3]

Career

He started his career as the Head of Middle East / Future Option Trading at Prudential Securities in 1985, London, United Kingdom. He worked there for about 6 yrs managing & running futures desk for Forex & Bullion. He was the Head of Private Banking / Head of Middle East at BNP Paribas in London & Paris.[3] He was employed for 7 yrs, established First Representative Office For Bank in Bahrain and won BNP's First Mandate to Manage Central Bank of Egypt's Investment portfolio c. $1bn+.[3] He was also the Head of the Middle East & Africa at Dresdner Bank, Geneva Area, Switzerland for 2 years Mr Henien founded Windsor Family Office in January 2008 to manage his proprietary assets and investments into liquid and illiquid assets with a long-term view. Windsor Family Office's focus is on real estate and operating companies with the preference of majority ownership only.[1] Youssry also founded Gulf Polo in 2015 in Zürich Area, Switzerland. It was founded mainly for managing equestrian assets and it is still in operations to date. He is an experienced Chairperson with a demonstrated history of working in the private banking industry managing $BN's in AuM for UHNW families. He is skilled in private banking, corporate finance, family office, investment banking, and strategy.[4]
