Two Heads are man-made Transformers from the Transformers: Age of Extinction portion of the live-action film continuity family.

Several Two Heads were built by KSI. After Galvatron took over KSI, they were among the forces he sent to capture the Seed in Hong Kong in order to cyberform the Earth. Hound shot one of them in the face with his cigar, and another was taken out when Optimus Prime set off Lockdown's grenade to force the Decepticons to retreat.
