Tony Ricci

Tony Ricci is an official with the United States Department of State.[1][2] Prior to his State Department service he served as a Colonel in the United States Army, who had served in Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan.[3][4] Ricci helped try to negotiate the repatriation of Guantanamo captives, or their transfer to third countries. During Barack Obama's first administration he was the deputy to Special Envoy Daniel Fried.
