Usage

{{Wb-cca|source book on Wikibooks|nd=yes/no}}

The 1= parameter is where you put the source Wikibooks page (optional if the WikiAlpha derivative's page name is equal to the source's). nd=yes switches the link to the list of the source's authors from the talk page of the respective article to the revision history page of the source in Wikibooks. cat=no will suppress categorization of the derivative onto Category:Deleted Wikibooks articles without a list of authors.
