Syed Taha (Born 24 February 1997) known as Poster Boy Of Kashmir is a Kashmir based International Taekwondo Player [1] who has represented India at India Open Olympic Ranking International Championship in 2019. He started playing Taekwondo when he was just 3 years of age and is a cousin brother of famous sports persons in Taekwondo Syed Ashiq Hussain, Syed Owais Kousar and Syed Aariz Nabi.[2] He was just 8 years old when he got selected for the World Championship, he was the youngest to participate in Commonwealth Baton Relay for the Commonwealth Games 2010. And named the youngest player of the Championships many times and also 12 times State Gold including SGFI and Association and 14 times District Gold Medallist and has 6 times best player award to his name, he also is the youngest player from Kashmir to play in the Senior National for Jammu and Kashmir. He also is a part-time cricketer and is InterUniversity State Gold Medallist in cricket also. And also President’s Cup Gold Medallist in Cricket (U/16).[3] [4]
