SS Angeline

The SS Angeline was a lake freighter, launched in Detroit on September 3, 1899.[1] According to The New York Times she could carry 7,000 tons of iron ore.

She was a working freighter until 1958, and spent a further seven years as a floating warehouse, prior to her scrapping in 1965.[2]
