Ngabirano Deo aka Ranne D Official is a Ugandan Singer and Songwriter from East Africa, Kampala Uganda.

Ngabirano Deo was born in June 10th, 1992 and his father is Tukesiga Deo, Ranne D Official came from kabale to the streets of Kampala to places like Old Kampala, Ben Kiwanuka Street and Kusaawa Ya Queen as a struggling street kid is how he started life in the Capital City of Uganda, Kampala.
