Priungshu Roy Chowdhury is well-known for knowing to sing 120 countries' national anthems in their native languages. He is an Asia Book Of Record holder as he sang various countries' national anthems and titled as Grand Master for his unique talent. He was born in the city of Chattogram (Commercial capital of bangladesh). His father Palash Roy Chowdhury is a government service-holder and his mother Soma Datta is a housewife. He is the eldest son of his parents. He has a sister named Granthonila Roy Chowdhury. His ancestral home is Kalipur, Banshkali, Chattogram.


Early Life

Priungshu was exception since birth. His thoughts are different from others. For him, humanity is the main thing. His dream is to do something in future for the poor people. He always tries to do something exceptional works. From his childhood, he learnt singing song like-Rabindra,Nazrul songs at first. He has an unique talent of learning songs of any languages within short time and loves to sing each of songs. When he was in Grade 6, he started tobla. He can also play ukulele. He thinks co-curriculal activities are nessessary for recreation. So, he does co-curricular activities besides education.

Education

He was first admitted to Brother Flavian Kindergarten School. Then he was admitted to St. Placid School and College. He studied here from Grade 1 to 4 . He passed Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Examination from Chattagram Government High School. Now he is studying at Bakalia Government College.

Notable Works

Priungshu had a dream of doing an exceptional thing. His dream came true during the time of the pandemic situation of Covid-19. That time, lockdown prevailed over the country. He created an example of making the best usage of time. He had learnt to sing different countries national anthems during the lockdown in 2021. At first, he learnt 80 countries national anthems which news was first published on the national newspaper of Bangladesh named 'The Daily Prothom Alo'. After that, he thought to learn more national anthems. Now, he can sing 120 countries national anthems in their own languages. He spent overall 8 months learning these anthems. But he learnt all of these anthems by his own effort which matter was really surprising. He was inspired from International cricket matches where players sing their own country's national anthem. His goal was to show respect to the all countries around the world and to show good relationships among his country and others.
