Paul Inouye is an American technology investment banker and businessman who is the founder and CEO of Western Hill Partners, a financing advisory firm he established in 2020.[1][2][3][4][5]

Life and career

Inouye was born in San Francisco and grew up in San Carlos. He has two brothers. Paul played both high school and collegiate Rugby and has completed The Vineman Ironman, the Vineman Half Ironman, the Hawaiin Half Ironman, and the San Francisco, Avenue of the Giants, and NYC Marathons.

Inouye attended Bellarmine College Prep in San Jose. He went to UC Berkeley graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science in 1988. He attended The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1993 and graduated in 1995, with an MBA.

He has worked in finance for over 30 years as a technology investment banker, having worked at Robertson Stephens, Morgan Stanley, Piper Jaffray, Lehman Brothers(2006-2008), Perella Weinberg, and Moelis & Company.[6]

Inouye is the father of two children Miles and Sutton. His hobbies include cycling, running, swimming, crossfit exercise, travel, skiing, 80s music, EDM, 80’s movies, reading, military history, and fantasy football.[7]
