Liliane Keryluk

Liliane Keryluk is a senior policy analyst working for Vic Toews, Canada's Minister of Public Safety.[1] In March 2013 a controversial memo Keryluk had drafted for Toews become public. Colin Perkel of the Toronto Star wrote that the accusations in Ms Keryluk's memo went far beyond the allegations US prosecutors had leveled at Omar Khadr.

In particular, her memo asserts: “Mr. Khadr engaged U.S. military and coalition personnel with small-arms fire, killing two members of the Afghan militia force. He threw and/or fired grenades at nearby coalition forces, resulting in numerous injuries to them.”"
