Lensa is a West Chester based online job searching platform founded in the year 2015 by Gergo Vari. Lensa is a recruitment advertising and data services company, where millions can search for jobs online.

Overview

Lensa a four-year-old recruitment tech company. Lensa helps employers, ROPs, Recruitment Ad Agencies, Staffing firms, interested job seekers through a variety of products and services. Lensa uses the game name 'Workstyly game' to assess a user's soft skills. These soft skills include personalities, decision-making, processes, and problem-solving skills. Gaming can also be used for employers to evaluate the current team. Lensa and Resume- Library partnerships to design the goals for both organizations. Lensa provides Resume-Library the ability to index. It also includes an entire collection of resumes within the Resume-Library platform.[1][2]

Workstyle Game

Lensa's 'Workstyle Game' is a soft skill assessment of the applicants. Every second, Lensa uses 400 measurements to identify the behavioral approach of each player's problem-solving methods. The game sets the user into a critical situation to solve a problem that occurred, while the question itself is ill-defined, and without any instructions provided. Lensa analyzes the behavior of a user during the entire game period. It takes about 8 minutes to complete the whole game. Based on the current data they have gathered during the gameplay, they divide the players into "archetypes" as a simplified version of converged data and their soft skills.[1]
