Justin Nelson
Justin Nelson (born 15 November 1996 in Longmont, Colorado USA) is an American Entrepreneur, realtor and founder and CEO of Sphere Rocket VA.[1] Justin Nelson founded Sphere Rocket which is a real estate technology company that specialises in real estate social media marketing training. Nelson holds his real estate license in Colorado and Tennessee in addition to managing his 50+ person team.[2][3]
Career
Justin Nelson, who is only 25 years old, has been applying his business abilities to real estate for nearly a decade. He was able to use his viewpoint and expertise of social media to the company's marketing and lead generation activities as early as 16 years old, while working under his father's real estate company. He made an amazing $360,000 in CGI in just 16 months after obtaining his real estate licence in 2016. After five years in the family firm, hundreds of lead generations, and dozens of closed agreements, he went on the road to teach his trade.[4]
Nelson, while being only 25 years old, has spent over a decade working in real estate, having worked with his father from the age of 16. Nelson, who is originally from Boulder, Colorado, obtained his real estate licence and immediately began working. When he joined the team, he took over his father's marketing and lead generation activities, resulting in more than $360,000 in gross commissions in his first 16 months with the company.[5]
It was because of Nelson’s success with applying social media to real estate that he was able to visit 135 locations throughout the U.S. to teach over 10,000 realtors how to do the same. Nelson's success in using social media in real estate allowed him to go to 135 sites across the United States and teach over 10,000 realtors how to do the same.
