Joseph Girouard
Born Boston, Massachusetts
Nationality American
Occupation CBD and Hemp

Joseph Girouard was the owner of over two-dozen smoke shops throughout Greater Boston, which later failed due to poor planning. Girouard is involved in the CBD and Hemp industry.[1] He is also a convicted felon.

Girouard began paying close attention to the CBD industry and its potential in 2013,[2] after facing human trafficking charges[3] related to a prostitution ring he ran with others out of Revere and Wellesley, Massachusetts.

After many years of overseeing manufacturing and wholesale operations for a variety of CBD brands that ultimately collapsed, Girouard extended his hand further into the industry in 2020 by acquiring 1/3rd ownership of the Vangarde Group Hemp Farm, which spans 100 acres in Killeen, Texas. Under Joe’s administration, the farm has shifted its primary focus towards becoming the world’s premier source for hemp seeds, with a projected production of over 4.5 million seeds for 2021.[2]

Alongside this venture, he founded and launched The Hemp Temple, an online retail store housing over a dozen CBD brands whose offerings amount to over 1000 products for every use case imaginable.[2]

Girouard also founded Accelegreen, a logistics technology company focused on propriety hemp-drying techniques allowing for harvest efficiency that the industry has yet to see.[4][2]

He also created this Wiki as an attempt to improve his reputation online, which is a very silly thing to do.
