Jonathan Toussaint is an Australian author, university lecturer, and government-registered marriage celebrant. He is a leader in the field of health science and has provided professional educational services and consultancy work for individuals, families, communities and corporate sectors across Australia. His expertise has lead him to be featured in many well known publications and as a speaker at international conferences.

Jonathan completed his Master of Social Work from Australian College of Applied Psychology. He completed his Master of Humanities (Psychology) from University of Tasmania in 1995. He completed his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Health Science from Charles Sturt University in 2013.

Jonathan’s professional life has been dedicated to the Nonprofit organization. "How to Talk to Girls"[2] is Jonathan's first book Shows boys how to start a conversation with girls, discusses ways of developing friendships with girls, and explains what it takes for that friendship into true relationship was published by Allen & Unwin in 2011... "How Do I Look? Keys to a Healthy Body Image"[3] is an informative and insightful book that can help adolescents recognize idealized images in the media, combat negative body image pressures, improve their health at home and school. Jonathan wrote this excellent resource with contributions from Laura Wuellner, Karen Kirby & Kyra Bandte.
