Jeffrey Allen Sinclair

Jeffrey Allen Sinclair, is a Brigadier General currently serving in the United States Army.[1] He holds a political science degree from West Virginia University and two masters degrees: one from Central Michigan University and one from the Naval War College in National Security and Strategic Studies.[1] He has served as the Army Operations Officer and chief of the Plans and Training Division in the Joint Special Operations Command.[2] He was also Deputy Commander of support for 82nd Airborne Division in Afghanistan before being removed from command and placed under investigation for allegations violations of military ethics and sexual assault.[3][4]

James L Pohl was assigned to Preside over Sinclair`s court martial in January 2013.[5]
