Jameson C. Montgomery
Jameson C. Montgomery (4-December-1986), also known as Jay Monty, is a content creator, author, wellness coach, designer and entrepreneur. Montgomery is an American based entrepreneur and wellness coach. He started his career in the medical field, but according to his own viewpoint, he always wanted to be an entrepreneur from a very young age. Jameson has been in the medical field because he always wanted to help people, particularly children. But being an entrepreneur, he always has some new innovative ideas in his mind, and he always wants to try some different things in different aspects of life. Jameson C. Montgomery was born and raised in America, and he has spent his life in America so far. Montgomery has always been known for his collaboration and reaches out to the audience to provide the audience tips and ways to wellness in life. With his tips and methods of wellness, he has been an element of motivation for all the people who do not take good care of their health. Montgomery is also on social media. His Instagram account has over 24,000 followers, and he also runs a YouTube channel, "Jaye Wellness Studio", on which he makes content about the wellness of the people.
Biography
Jameson C. Montgomery was born in the United States, in the city of Fresno, California, on the 4th of December 1986. He is the son of CL and Sheila Montgomery. Born and raised in California, he has been in the state of California ever since the day of his birth. In the early days of his life, he opted to go into the medical field as he always had that passion for guiding and motivating others about the wellness of life. After opting for the medical field, he spent a significant time in this field and made his learning and development in the medical field. As the years passed further in his life, Montgomery also pushed his way towards the field of entrepreneurship. He has always been passionate about motivating and encouraging people to go towards wellness in their life. His passion for helping others can be evidenced from the point that he always plays an active role in his community to this day even and he is planning to continue to do so in the upcoming years of his life. In addition, during the early days of life, besides working in the medical field, he carried out his passion for becoming a successful and encouraging entrepreneur to help the people of his community in every way possible. In addition to these aspects of his life, Montgomery is also working as an author for books of children. He has written these books after taking inspiration from his father for the love of children. These books have been written to provide guidance to children about the ways to be followed to carry out a healthy life. It can be said about the career of Jameson C. Montgomery that his career revolves around the ideas of helping people in different ways in order to guide them to the wellness and importance of wellness in life. His early career was related to the medical field where he worked very hard and excelled in passionate ways to help and guide people about wellness in life. He further pushed himself in many different aspects of life, but he has always continued to carry his passion in the medical field. According to the thoughts and ideas of Montgomery, he has always had that idea of becoming an entrepreneur with him from a very young age as he has always focused on finding unique and innovative ways to help people. With the passion of helping others in his mind, Montgomery successfully launched his own YouTube channel in the year 2019. His YouTube channel has been recognized as a helpful resource to learn about the rare disease known as eustachian tube dysfunction. Being an expert in wellness and a passionate content creator, the aim of Montgomery is to provide helpful guidance tips through his videos to people to get cured of this rare disease in which rises when the tube between the middle ear and throat gets blocked and inflamed.
Montgomery has uploaded insightful content on his YouTube channel regarding the treatment, tips and advice to deal with the disease of eustachian tube dysfunction. There are several videos of his YouTube content that have gone viral on social media. Another aspect of Montgomery’s career is being an author. He likes to write books to help people about wellness in life. The majority of his writing content focuses on the wellness of children, which came from the inspiration of his father for his love about children and their wellness. He has published many books under the category of his publishing named “Jay Monty’s Books” ("My Mask On", 2021). One of his most recognized books is “Jay Monty’s God in Me". This book is designed for children between ages one and ten. In this book, Montgomery focuses on the importance of building and maintaining an attitude that is positive, the importance of having belief in oneself, and the strengths and power of God. Montgomery wrote this book in a rhyming form which makes perfect for the idea of having storytelling before bedtime for the parents. This book has been the best-selling book of Montgomery’s career so far.
Another book which he wrote goes by the title “Jay Monty’s We Are Heroes Too”, which guides children that heroes can come in many kinds and professions which can be encountered by the children every day. This book focuses specifically on the professionals such as janitors, medical staff, and guards. Another book that gained the attention of the readers is “Jay Monty’s Good Health Book for Kids”. The first episode of this book is “Importance of Water”, which guides and helps young children about the vital role which is played by water in daily lives. The role of water is important for personal health and the environment as well as the animals and plants. In addition to that, Montgomery is also a fashion designer and the CEO of his brand “J. Capitah”. From a very young age, Montgomery decided to invent or design something which would be helpful in the wellness and fitness of the people. He initially came up with the idea of designing a shoe that would come up with a resistance band. He tried some innovation by embedding the resistance band inside the shoe, but it did not work out well for him.
However, he kept on going, and later, in the year 2019, his brand “J. Capitah" came up with the idea of a shoe titled "Life Essentials". These shoes were similar to sneakers with an essence of a vintage vibe of Italian leather. These shoes were designed for both men and women, and they were available in a limited edition at the outlet. This shoe design later got in the spotlight and was highlighted on an international platform, which resulted in the inclusion of this design in Italy's GQ Magazine. Another aspect of Montgomery’s career is the release of the hit album “My Mask On” in the year 2020. With this album, he focused on producing music that is light and soft-hearted, particularly for those who are feeling empty from the inside in this time of a pandemic (Thriveglobal.com. 2021).

Jameson C. Montgomery belongs to the United States of America. He was born in the city of Fresno, California. He was born and raised in California ever since. He is thirty-six years of age, and his parents are CL and Sheila Montgomery. In the year 2012, he found the girl for his marriage, and they both married in the same year. He has been living his marriage life since 2012, and he has two children. Montgomery always tries to find ways to help the people of his community by providing them guidance and support in ways according to the requirement of the people of the community (Jameson C.
