Biography
Imran Hossain Shanto is a Bangladeshi Musician from Dhaka , Bangladesh (born on January 28,1995). He is mostly known for playing drums in two Bangladeshi popular mainstream band "Kureghor". He is the former drummer of band "Moruvumi". He is also known as an independent singer and a filmmaker. He is the son of Abdul Kuddus Mia and Ismot Ara Khanom Lipy.
Early Life
Imran Hossain Shanto has started his musical Journey in the year of 2001 from Bangladesh Shishu Academy as a student with dreams to be a singer. Then by and by he started learning various musical instruments from various sources. He has been titled as "Multi- Instrumentalist" by his fans as he can play about eleven musical instruments. In the year of 2006 , he actually started listening band music and fallen love with bands that do music in rock, metal and jazz genres. For that he started learning drums. He has started his career as a solo independent drummer then as permanently at bands later on 2008.

Imran Hossain Shanto has completed his higher school from Bir Shreshtha Noor Mohammad Public College, Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Monipur High School , Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from Dhaka CIty College and his graduation from BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) in Textile Engineering.
Imran Hossain Shanto learned singing from Bangladesh Shishu Academy, learned tabla from BAFA (Bulbul Academy of Fine Arts). He has learned playing drums from Mehmood Afridi Tony (drummer of Bangladeshi band Black) and Niaz Kamran Abir (ex drummer of band DOT, Radio Active and Artcell). He has also learned by seeing and following various national-international drummer such as Shaju, Tony, Tipu, Turjo, Thomas lang, Lars Ulrich, Jay Weinberg, Joey Jordison, Mike Portnoy, Nicko McBrain etc.
