Guantanamo Bay (Rwanda)

Guantanamo Bay is the nickname for an informal student dormitory in Kigali City, Rwanda.[1] The building earned the nickname because conditions were so spartan. Students are packed ten or twelve to a room, with inadequate sanitary facilities.
