Finveo is the brand of INVEO Investment Holding (BIST:INVEO) and operates in capital markets providing financial brokerage services. Finveo, in line with other brokerage entities of Inveo Holding Group- Gedik Securities and Marbas Securities, is focused on providing multi-asset brokerage services to a global-clientele.[1]

Finveo brand has been operating currently through the active regulatory licenses from the financial authorities in Montenegroand UK. Finveo provides its services for both retail and institutional clients around the world with a 24/5 multi-lingual support team. Finveo focuses on providing multi asset products for investors, Forex and CFD liquidity solutions for brokers and retail trading platforms of MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.[2]

History

Inveo Investment Holding, known as Gedik Investment Holding since 1991, rebranded in 2020, which covered its subsidiaries including Finveo brand. Currently, Finveo brand has two global financial brokerage companies with its headquarters respectively in Podgorica for brand Finveo MN and in London for Finveo UK.

Operations and Services

Finveo continues its operations in Turkey, United Kingdom, Balkan region, South Europe, South East Asia and Latin America. Finveo partnered with Pay Retailers, a payment processor for Latin America.[3]

Finveo has the coverage for providing multi-asset brokerage services for equity, exchange traded futures, options, Eurobonds, FOREX and CFDs to its retail and institutional clientele across the globe with a possibility to trade worldwide markets. In addition to multi-asset brokerage services, Finveo provides portfolio management and investment advisory services to its clients.

Finveo provides 24/5 multilingual customer support in 15 languages. Finveo offers different account types to its corporate and retail customers with a variety of payment options. Finveo offers segregated deposit accounts and multi-factor authentication for its clients along with negative balance protection.

Licenses and Regulatory Jurisdictions

Finveo Montenegro[4] is licensed and regulated by theCapital Market Authority of Montenegro , which is complied with international regulations prescribed by European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).[5]

Finveo UK is licensed and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).[6] Finveo operates in strict accordance with related jurisdictions in client money protection, multifactor authentication and segregation of accounts.

Technology

FFinveo utilizes various third-party currency trading tools and technology infrastructure to enable a further value contribution to its clients. Platforms provided by Finveo are MetaTrader4, MetaTrader5, ZuluTrade[7], and Autochartist[8].
