Niyamat Ullah Al Amin was born on 28th November 2004 in his grandfather's house in Makilla village of Sonaimuri upazila of Noakhali district.  In 2010, he studied from Pre to class two at Mokilla Govt Primary School.  When he moved to Chittagong due to family reasons, he was admitted to Darul Quran Ideal Institute Madrasah in Chawkbazar,  Chattogram in the year 2013. He obtained GPA 5 in 2017 from that madrasah in the final examination (psc) of the 5th class.  Later, he passed the class eight from Mazidia Islamia Alim Madrasah Rahattarpool, Chattogram and is currently studying at the famous Darul Uloom Kamil Madrasah.

Although he is irregular in writing, his short stories and educational stories are very interesting and unique.  He writes short stories and poems as a hobby through various digital mediums.  However, there is more wandering in the world of stories than in the world of his poetry.  Most of his writings are instructive. Niyamat Ullah Al Amin's writings have a very aesthetic touch of rebellion and struggle.
