There is considerable speculation about the actual relationship between Ms Mendez and the Gaetz family. The large poster in the window of this BMW is signed by "Don + Vicky" - the names of Matt Gaetz's parents. It reads,

Some observers speculate that the gift of a new car from Gaetz's parents shows the relationship between Gaetz and Mendez is fifteen years long. They further speculate it began when she was a young teenager, and that she and Gaetz are Nestor Galban's parents.
I think the speculation as to the meaning of the note makes this image fair use.
