Engr. Emtiaz Rahman Tusher
Engr. Emtiaz Rahman Tusher (11 August 1989) is a Bangladeshi civil engineer, researcher, construction entrepreneur and ready mix concrete specialist. He is the Director of CrossCountry Construction Ltd- CCCL.
Early Life and Background
Emtiaz was born in Brahmanbaria (Bir Uttam’s House) on 11 August 1989. His father,Md. Mizanur Rahman Cunnu Mia (1958–2017), was an electrical engineer who had migrated to Saudi Arabia in 1988. His mother, Taslima Rahman (1968) is a homemaker, from the Brahmanbaria (Kalikaccha- Lasker Bari) is the 2nd child of seven siblings of Late Karim Hossen Lasker.
Education
Emtiaz began school in 1995 (age 6) at the Kalikaccha, he transferred to Annada Govt. High School, Brahmanabaria and he attended Brahmanbaria Govt. College from 2006 to 2007 and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree (Civil Engineering) in 2012. He earned a Masters of Science in Engineering Degree (Transportation engineering) in 2015 and a PGD-PMP in 2017, MBA Degree in 2019
Career
Immediately after publication of results of BSC Engineering, he joined as an Assistant Engineer (Bridge Division) of Abdul Monem Ltd. (construction Unit) (2012)( Project: Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project).and began his long engineering career. And Started a journey as an construction entrepreneur with Zaara Construction & Consultancy (2013). In September 2016 he has transferred for new project (Ready Mix Concrete Unit) & served as Operation & Management- Head of RMC Unit. Emtiaz was started the TR engineering Ltd. (TREL) in 2017 as Managing Director. Now Serving the CrossCountry Construction Ltd.-CCCL as a Director, from 2021. He is working as active member of Bangladesh Awami League. Emtiaz is serving as Founder & Vice President- Bangladesh Concrete Manufacturing Association.
Personal Life
Emtiaz is married to Amena Jahan,MPharm and is the father of two daughters (Aairah Emtiaz Zaya & Jannah Emtiaz Yara).
