Muhammad Abd Allah Mansur Al Futuri is a citizen of Libya, who was held in the United States Guantanamo Bay detainment camps, in Cuba.[1]
The Department of Defense reports that al-Futuri was born on December 1, 1968, in Al Rimi, Libya.
Release
Al Futuri was transferred to Libya on December 15, 2006.
