Hussein Salem Mohammed is a citizen of Yemen, detained in the United States's Guantanamo Bay detention camps, in Cuba.[1] American intelligence analysts estimate that Mohammed was born in 1977, in Aden, Yemen.
As of July 8, 2010, Hussein Salem Mohammed has been held at Guantanamo for seven years two month.[2]
He won his habeas corpus and Judge Judge Paul L. Friedman instructed the Obama administration to take all necessary and appropriate steps to facilitate his release forthwith.[3]
