Davy is a fictional character from the Machine Robo series introduced in 1986. He is a heroic member of the Battle Tribe and commander of Sado Fortress.

Machine Robo

Davy is a Battle Clan member, commander of Sado Fortress and father of Ziggy. Because of his mechanoid nature he does not need to breath oxygen and is resistant to cold, but is vulnerable to intense magnetic fields. He probably can transform into some type of vehicle, but what kind is unrevealed. His son Ziggy turns into a sports car.

Animated series

Davy first appeared in Machine Robo: Revenge of Cronos episode 2, "Wolf Sword! Call Forth the Thunder of Courage!". He was commander of Sado Fortress when the Gandora attacked, and he allied himself with Rom Stol.
