DISTRXCT
Hristo Yanchev, born 23.05.1998 and known as DISTRXCT is an alias for Electronic Dance Music producer from Bulgaria. His identity is unknown due to the fact he presents himself as the Masked Sinatra. [1][2] He is part of The Orchard and Sony Music Entertainment, also the owner of EDM label ILLEGALLITY. [3][4]
Career
He got known in the Electronic dance music industry after his breakout single Shorty which went viral with its music video collaboration with the worldwide known videographer Infinity VideoHUB. In November 2021, he releases his single Do It To It - Remix which is a remix of the R&B classic Do It To It and reaches success in Germany and USA. [5] In early February 2022, he drops his single Squad which Music Video's popularity helps him get noticed by Sony Music's The Orchard and sign a distribution deal with them. Soon after, he releases a few songs, some of which are Get Away, Bad Man, Wanna Be Alone and more. In April 2022, he gets offered a deal by Universal Music Group's division company U-NXT which makes him the first Bulgarian producer to sign with the company. [6]
