Alexander Dillon is an American investment banker who is the co-founder of GenCap Management, an investment firm established in 2021 and based in New York City, New York. Throughout his career, he’s focused on supporting and growing businesses with capital and leadership. Dillon has invested in dozens of small startup companies, intending to give them the support they need to become big players in their industries. He also offers customized financing solutions through his organizations.[1][2][3][4][5]

His experience extends beyond investing and trading. Additionally, he also opened a very successful restaurant called Olar Noso with two childhood friends in 2021. The restaurant is located in Northvale, New Jersey.

Dillon spends much of his time supporting charities, including the St. Francis Food Pantry. He plans to launch his own foundation in 2022.

Career

After graduating from the University of Maryland, Alexander Dillon worked as a Financial Volunteer at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center. He did this for four months, during which time he assisted hospital accountants in managing hospital finances. He also helped patients with payment plans.

Dillon founded Blackridge Capital, LLC in 2011, turning it into a successful investment firm over the next decade. Today, he continues to serve as Chief Investment Officer at the company. In December of 2015, Tautachrome, Inc. executed a term sheet with Blackridge Capital, LLC with the intentions of both that Blackbridge would purchase up to $50 million of the Registrant’s common stock over the following 36 months.

Blackridge Capital provides investment management services to organizations operating as a hedge fund that is focused on debt, equity, and real estate investments. The company specializes in customizable, flexible equity, debt, and hybrid financing for all major and OTC exchange-listed companies. They specialize in structures while also approaching every opportunity with an open mind. It’s noted for working closely with organizations to find the best financing or restructuring solutions available.

In May of 2011 and through May of 2013, Dillon worked for MD Global Partners, LLC, where he held the position of Vice President – Special Situations. This organization is a boutique investment company that provides advisory services on acquisitions and mergers, structured debt, and public equity, among other forms of investment.

GenCap Management is an investment firm based in New York City. It focuses on late-stage pre-IPO opportunities and global equity long and short investments.

Alexander Dillon grew up in New Jersey, where he attended Northern Valley Regional Demarest High School. He was married after starting his Ventures, LLC. He currently lives in Closter, New Jersey, with his family.

When he has time to do so, Alexander Dillon enjoys a good round of tennis. He also frequently spends time investing and trading as a passion. He’s invested in over 100 companies throughout his lifetime and continues to do so. In addition, he continues to actively trade in the markets himself. He’s also active in various charity organizations in his personal time.

Dillon speaks English, Latin, Mandarin Chinese, and Spanish.

Philanthropy and Charitable Involvement

Alexander Dillon engages in various philanthropic activities, including the New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NYSPCC), St. Francis Food Pantry, Habitat for Humanity, and Triple Negative Breast Cancer. He’s supporting each of these organizations in different ways over the last five years.

There have been numerous notable events during Dillon’s lifetime. Among them was the founding and success of his companies. Additionally, the opening of his restaurant Olar Noso is also one of the best moments of his lifetime. Attending various events also has been a notable part of his life. That includes attending the NYSPCC Gala as well as the St. Francis Annual Gala.
