Counter-terrorism analysts routinely use the therm al Qaida facilitators for members of al Qaida's infrastructure.[1][2][3][4] In 2011 Reuters characterized NATO's use of this description as "bizarrely vague".[5] Joint Task Force Guantanamo counter-terrorism analysts report that numerous Guantanamo captives either were al Qaida facilitators, or were associated with al Qaida facilitators.
