Wild Child is a fictional character and third-party Transformer homage to ehobby Bad Boy made by X-Transbots in 2011.

X-Transbots

Wild Child is an homage to the Decepticon Bad Boy. He turns from a robot to a Fairchild Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II jet. From the tech spec numbers on his box we can assume he is very fast, brave and skilled, but not very strong. Wild Child is an arrogant and violent thug who serves saboteur and spy with a dimensional exploration team. He is supervised by "Guardian Treds".

Development

In November 2011 X-Transbots posted images of their Wild Child toy on their Facebook page.[1]

Wild Child appears in promotional pictures for the X-Transbots Destroyer set.

Images of Glider were displayed at TFcon 2013's Third Party Panel.[2]

Reception

The Radio Free Cybertron podcast for November 9th, 2011 covered Wild Child in the news.[3]

Wild Child was featured in the 2013 toy reference book Transforming Collections by Philip Reed.[4]
