Villiers Sankey

Villiers Sankey was a military officer and surveyor, known for maps and plans from the turn of the 19th century, in Toronto, Canada.[1] After he graduated from an officer candidate school, in Ireland, he was appointed to the British Indian Civil Service.
After his Indian Civil Service he settled in Toronto, and, in 1888, was appointed Toronto's Surveyor General.[1]
