Tyler King
Tyler King (January 14, 1989) is the CEO of Assuras, a global management consulting firm that specializes in solving complex organizational issues. He is also the Executive Director of A Voice From Prison, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that advocates for criminal justice reform and constitutional rights. He has founded several successful ventures and has mentored leaders and other entrepreneurs in the practice of bring new companies to market.[1][2][3]

Early Life and education
Tyler King is a resident of Texas, being born and raised in the lone star state. He has attended several leading educational institutions including Harvard Business School and MIT Slone School of Management.[4][5][6]
Career
Tyler King dropped out of high school when his first venture, CSR Technology Group, Inc. hit $1 million in revenue his senior year. His company provided technology services and was one of the most successful field force companies prior to the age of digital communication. Following that venture, he went on to start several other successful companies. He also returned to gain further advanced education. Most recently, he is known for serving as the CEO of Assuras, a management consulting firm which solves complex issues for organizations all over the world.[7][8]
Philanthropy
Following an unsuccessful criminal trial, attempting to maintain his innocence, Tyler King was sentenced to 6.5 years in Federal Prison for his part in a "digital conspiracy to access data" - where he taught an associate how to use administrative functions on a computer, which she used to look at her bosses emails. Tyler stated a non-profit organization called A Voice From Prison, where he writes from behind bars about his experiences and meaningful reform. The organization which he founded now helps other who have previously been voiceless to speak out to the misjustice that has been served by the US criminal justice system. He serves as the Executive Director of the organization, however due to prison rules, he leaves the management of the organization to the staff and board. He volunteers his time writing and researching to support the organization's mission and also teaching entrepreneurship to inmates within the criminal justice system. The organization today help support policy change through research performed by numerous volunteers and staff members.[9][10][11]
