True Neutral is a wiki encyclopedia focused on neutrality. It was created on 20 August 2020 by Parnix under the Miraheze free wiki host. Being a young wiki, there are very few articles so far.

Motivation

Parnix created True Neutral as an alternative to Wikipedia to address increasing concerns about lack of neutrality in several articles about politics, religion and even science, which goes against its original neutrality policy. For example, in May 2020, Larry Sanger, one of Wikipedia's original co-founders, published Wikipedia is Badly Biased, in which he denounces several examples of bias and cherry picking in Wikipedia's articles.

Policies

In True Neutral, all views on a given subject must be presented in the same weight. Minor, fringe, or stigmatized views must be presented alongside mainstream and majority views with no use of subjective language or anything that could be perceived as bias to one side or the other. For example, no one is called something they have not used to describe themselves without attribution.

Although True Neutral has a more lenient notability policy than that of Wikipedia, it does not eliminate it completely like WikiAlpha.
