Dr. Tracy Thomas (born February 11, 1970), known professionally as Dr. T, is an award-winning American Psychologist, Wall Street Journal best-selling author, and the world's first-ever emotional scientist©.

Her work regarding Intentionality Training© for emotionally sensitive people has been published on numerous media platforms, including Forbes, Shape, Women's Health Magazine, Men's Health Magazine, SELF, Redbook, and SF Chronicle Op-Ed piece.

Currently, she serves as the CEO of Dr. Tracy Inc. and her new company that is soon to launch called The Empire Company, where she uses Intentionality Training© to train moguls of industry into their highest intentional capacity and success.

Early life and education

Dr. Tracy Thomas was born on February 11, 1970, in Petaluma, California, to Michael Henry Thomas and Frances Elizabeth DeJong. She completed her high school diploma from Petaluma High School in the Year 1988. Later, she attended Sonoma State University and completed her bachelor's degree in Management in 1991 in just three years.

For higher education, she enrolled at the University of Phoenix and obtained her MBA degree in Organizational Development in the year 2000. In 2011, she completed her doctorate degree in Psychology from Walden University.[1][2]

Career

Thomas’ early career was in training managers and sales teams before transitioning into a career as a psychologist and coach.

She started her professional career in psychology at Marin Services for Women Addiction Rehab in Greenbrae CA and later as a psychologist at the Association of Professionals Treating Eating Disorders in San Francisco.

She then launched her own company Dr. Tracy Inc. providing counseling services and coachings programs.

Thomas founded ‘The Method’ process that deals with utilizing emotional sensitivity as a strength. She’s known for the use of the Causation Testing Matrix diagnostic system for analyzing  negative emotional patterns in individuals.[3][4][5][6]

Thomas published her first book “The Method, The Practical Path to Living Your Purpose and Potential” in 2017.

Her second book “The Commitments: A Step by Step Guide to Personal Transformation” was published in November 2021.[7][8]
