Mastermind Creations

Stormer is based on Thundercracker from the Transformers: Hearts of Steel comic series.

Other third party homages to Thundercracker include TFClub's Thunder.

Development

In March of 2012 Mastermind Creations released color images of this mold as Air Screech, Stormer and Warper.[1]

Stormer was released in November of 2012.

Mastermind Creations comics

Stormer appeared in the Mastermind Creations comic story "Cyclops' Plan". In the story Stormer, Screecher and Warper attack the White House in the year 1869, intent enslaving humans to serve the Eliminators. Cyclops contacts Screecher and orders him to wait, as humans have not advanced enough to be any use to the Eliminators. Screecher disobeys, so Cyclops sends Annihilator and an army of Screecher clones called the Crow Batallion. Although Screecher and his companions defeat the Crow Batallion, they are defeated by Annihilator. Screecher yields and follows orders from Cyclops to use organic robots to create terror and war on Earth, thus advancing human technology in mere decades to levels that would have taken centuries.[2]
