Sataksh Singh (born August 10, 2004) is an Indian Badminton player. He has represented India in BWF international tournaments. He is currently a trainee at Pullela Gopichand Badminton Academy Hyderabad. [1]
Early Life and Education
Sataksh Singh was born in Sutaharia, Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh, India on August 10, 2004.
He began playing the sport at the age of 10 as a member of his school club during summer vacations. He was recognized by his school coach, who recommended him for regular training, and has thus improved his skills gradually. He later went on to train under coach Pullela Gopichand. [2]
Career
Sataksh has achieved some notable results in All India badminton ranking tournaments, sub-junior championship and district tournaments. He played in the National Sub Junior (Under 15 & 17) Championships where he stood second. He has also represented India at the international level on a few occasions and holds the title of state champion.
These championships have provided him with the opportunity to understand the basics of badminton, be involved in competition and also experience victory.[3]
