Samuel Byalugaba
Samuel Jerome Byalugaba (born January 14) is a Tanzanian Businessman, investor, philanthropist and and business contractor best known for co founding the conglomerate company in Tanzania called TSJ Diversified Group and with his childhood friend Sylvester Mayaya. In his career at TSJ Diversified Group, Samuel held the positions of Co-President and Chief Operating Officer.
Samuel was born in Njombe, Tanzania. In 2021, He and Sylvester founded TSJ Diversified Group in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He led the company as the president and chief operating officer until stepping down as the president in February 2024, but he remained as the chief operating officer of the company.
Since he was in middle school, Samuel has had the passion in volunteering. He volunteered in several government and non government organizations in pursing the SDGs in Tanzania. Some of the organizations Samuel has volunteered includes EAC, Rotary, UN, FEMA, Natalia and Greg. During his time in middle school, he held the position of General Secretary of UN Club at Azania Secondary School, and General Secretary of EAC Club and later assumed the position of a Chairperson of EAC Club at Azania Secondary School.
Early Life
Samuel Byalugaba was born on January 14th, in the early 2000s, in Njombe Region, Tanzania. Growing up as the youngest and only boy among three siblings, Samuel experienced the dynamic lifestyle of a family constantly on the move due to his father's profession. This nomadic upbringing not only exposed him to diverse environments but also instilled in him a curiosity for exploration and a keen eye for seizing opportunities.
Career
Samuel embarked on his educational journey in 2020 at the Collage of Business Education, where he pursued a diploma in Business Education. Building on this foundation, he further honed his skills in Financial Modeling and Valuation Analysis through the Corporate Finance Institute in 2022. It was during his educational pursuits in 2021 that Samuel, alongside his friend Sylvester Mayaya, ventured into entrepreneurship by founding TSJ Diversified Group. This multifaceted company specializes in Digital Marketing, IT Solutions, Video Gaming, and investments spanning agriculture, real estate, and energy sectors.
In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Samuel is a dedicated business contractor with a passion for aiding businesses in growth and enhancing their digital presence. His comprehensive range of services includes business consultancy, financial analysis and planning, data analysis, marketing strategy, project development and management, as well as website development and maintenance.
