Saket Kushwaha (born September 28, 1963) is an Indian Economist, Author, Educationist and Vice Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University. He also served as Vice Chancellor at Lalit Narayan Mithila University and Author of more than 17 books related to agriculture. He is known for Agricultural economics and Academic administration.[1] [2] [3]


Saket Kushwaha attended Banaras Hindu University where graduated, post graduated and Ph.D. in Agriculture.[4]


Saket Kushwaha has served as the Dean of the School of Management at the Federal University of Technology Bauchi, Nigeria for the period of 2001 to 2006. In 2006 he joined as a professor at Banaras Hindu University. In 2014 he was appointed VC of Lalit Narayan Mithila University where he served until 2017. From 2017 to 2018 he served as professor-in-charge for Rajiv Gandhi South Campus Banaras Hindu University. He also served as visiting professor for Kano University Of Science & Tech., Nigeria and National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN), Nigeria. Served as Visiting Scientist for US Army Research Lab, Abeerdeen, Maryland. Rice University, Houston, Texas, USA. Air Force Research Lab(AFRL), Dayton, Ohio, USA. Michigan Tech. University, Houghton, Mischigan, USA. In 2018 he was appointed VC of Rajiv Gandhi University. [5] [6] [7]


Saket Kushwaha was born in Bhimsen (UP) India. Surendra Singh Kushwaha, was a professor in the physics department of Banaras Hindu University and also served as VC of Ranchi University, Jharkhand and Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Uttar Pradesh.[8] [9] [10]
