Ruben Colon

Ruben Colon was a US soldier who was charged with waterboarding a foster son his family was housing as punishment for wetting his bed.[1] He is the second soldier from Joint Base Lewis-McChord, near Yelm, Washington, to face charges for waterboarding their children.[2] Joshua Tabor, had been charged with waterboarding his daughter, just a few months prior.
