Quincy Dash (born September 23, 1991) is a British publicist, media consultant, producer and businessman. He is best known as the founder of the Public Relations firm, The Quincy Dash Co.


Early Life

Dash, was born in Burundi, Bujumbura. He is the last born of 3 children. He is of Burundi, Rwandan descent. He moved to the United Kingdom at only three years old. When Dash was twelve his father passed away from liver failure.

He attended Business School at Liverpool John Moores University and graduated with a Bachelor's with Honours degree in Business and Public Relations.

Dash also attended the prestigious, International Gemological Institute in Antwerp, Belgium. Where he attained his credentials as a Certified Diamond Graduate in Rough and Polished diamonds.

Career

Dash runs his own Creative Communications agency, The Quincy Dash Co., which is based between London and Los Angeles. The agency specialises in PR & Media Relations, Event Management and Celebrity & Influencer Endorsements.

Dash works with small to large companies, brands and high profile individuals such as Rihanna's Fenty model Slick Woods. His clients and work have been featured in top tier media outlets such as BBC, CNN, FOX News, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Playboy, Daily Mail, The Sun, The Times, Tatler, ITV, Prosieben, Vogue, Forbes, Business Insider, ELLE, Harpers Bazaar, MTV, Grazia, The Telegraph, Refinery 29, Esquire, L'officiel, Daily Star, Evening Standard, Stylist, Metro, US Weekly, TMZ plus many more.

Dash created the infamous quarantine challenge, #ShoppingBagChallenge in April 2020. Where people would wear paper bags as high fashion, during confinement. The challenge was covered internationally by mainstream media such as ELLE and garnered over 4 Million TikTok views. Paris Hilton and her sister, Nicky Hilton Rothschild was seen doing the challenge in the L'officiel Italia April 2021 issue, draped in Moschino shopping bags.

Before starting a PR agency, Dash was a Fine Jeweller and international Diamond Dealer for seven years, splitting his time between London and Antwerp, Belgium's diamond district. He founded "House Of Dash Diamonds" at 22 years old, in 2014.
