Psycho is a fictional character from the Gobots series. He is a Renegade Gobot introduced in 1984.
Gobots
Psycho is a Renegade who turns into show car. He is crazy and unpredictable, his twisted mind can only be controlled by Cy-Kill.[1]
His design is based on the Psychodroid car from Japanese manga series Cobra, which became the anime series Cobra: Space Adventure.[2]
Animated series
Psycho had a cameo in "The Battle for Gobotron", and a short but memorable scene in "The Gobotron Saga", where he got to conduct the disassembling of Leader-1. He also appeared on the cover to the VHS release of "Cy-Kill's Shrinking Ray."
Books
In the 1984 book "War of the Gobots" Psycho is ordered by Cy-Kill to issue the Renegade retreat. [3]
