Mohammed Elomar

Mohamed Elomar was a citizen of Australia who became a follower of jihadism and travelled to Daesh occupied territory in 2014, to volunteer as a fighter.[1] He was killed by a missile fired from an UAV in 2015.

Elomar married, and impregnated, Zaynab Sharrouf, the thirteen year old daughter of his friend Khaled Sharrouf, shortly before his death.[2]

She married her father's best friend, Mohammed Elomar, at just fourteen years old.[2]
