Mohammad Golam Rahman
Nick Deflorio (born October 17, 1996) is an Australian crypto and forex trader, educator, investor, entrepreneur, and former real estate agent. He is the founder and CEO of Onyx Trading, multinational crypto, and formerly forex trading education company, based in Sydney, Australia.[1] [2]
Deflorio has been featured as an expert in beginner trading education in various news publications and magazines including, Forbes MC, Business Deccan, Tech Times, Future Sharks, Latin Post, International Business Times, and several others.[3] [4]
Early Life and Education
Deflorio was born on October 17, 1996, in Sydney, NSW, Australia. He was raised by his single mother, who ran her own business to provide for her family and maintain a work-life balance. Growing up witnessing his mother's struggle, inspired him to succeed in life. He attended the Northern Beaches Secondary College and obtained his high school diploma.
After completing high school, Deflorio started working as a real estate agent. During this time he was inspired by a colleague who was trading financial markets on the side of his real estate job. Deflorio developed an interest in learning forex and crypto trading. He invested 2 years in learning about the market and then quit his full time job and decided to pursue full-time trading.[5]
Career
Deflorio spent the initial years of his career working in the real estate industry.[6] [7]
After gaining substantial knowledge and learnings about forex and crypto trading since 2016, Nick traded full time and was highly successful . In September 2019, Deflorio joined AFEX as the business development executive and assisted businesses in reducing the costs associated with foreign exchange through the implementation of strategic risk management solutions.[8] [9]
In January 2019, Deflorio led the foundation of Onyx Trading, an education only program that teaches the everyday person how to trade. Deflorio combined all of his learnings and created an online educational program to educate them about technical analysis, risk management and trading psychology. The program has developed into a global education company with over 1400 students, spanning over 10 countries. [10] [11] [12] [13]
