Plot

The plot, taking place in a version of England, depicted as a O'Neill cylinder-type space colony, begins in London, with a girl named Melissa, discovering an unnamed, derelict humanoid combat vehicle known as a mobile suit, or MS. Piloting the suit, she roams the city, and is encountered by Erin James. After a brief conversation, Mr. James reveals that the MS was designed by the Ministry of Defense, but he and his wife, Emily, have repurposed it for a highly classified operation, known as Project Kido Senshi.
