Miami's Portland Loo

There has been controversy over Miami's Portland Loo, and the issue of homelessness, and their lack of safe and clean places to leave their biological waste.[1][2]
In 2015 human rights activists published a "poop map", documenting how serious the problem of human waste on Miami's streets.[3]
When Miami installed a Portland Loo some commentators criticized the unit for the expense of routing water and sewage pipes.[4]
